This development in north Oxford presented an exciting opportunity to work with the Hill Group and showcase the multiple attractive elements of living at Canalside Quarter. 

A gorgeous Grade II listed property in the stunning Cotswold village of Leafield. Presenting this home in it's best light involved hours of drone work and leaning into it's history. 

With a brief of showcasing the brilliant work our Lettings and Property Management team do, we spoke to a Breckon & Breckon tenant as well as a landlord to hear their thoughts. 

Watercroft are two luxurious new builds on the banks of the Thames in Burcot. We spoke to the developer as his passion stood out instantly, and we felt it was right to hear from him in the film. 

We met up with Katie - a Hayfield Homes buyer - to discuss her experience of purchasing a new build development and the wider buying journey. 

As part of a wider marketing campaign, we worked closely with Castlethorpe Homes to produce a film that illustrated their commitment to beautiful design and architecture.

A great sporting day out was paired with Breckon's commitment to local charities as we sponsored the Ox5 Run at Blenheim Palace with Oxford Charity Hospitals. 

Our qualified drone pilots elevate Oxfordshire's finest homes, developments and communities from the air using our range of DJI drones. This cutting edge kit allows us to capture properties and create engaging content in a truly unique way. 

The new home site in Newport blends countryside living with amazing access to Bristol and South Wales. We worked with our new homes team to illustrate this beautiful, new development. 

We wanted to shoot this stunning property that was being brought to market by our Summertown sales team and was very different to the traditional 'Summertown' property. 

We spoke to the developer Ben Mansfield to understand his positive experiences when working Breckon & Breckon. Ben speaks about working closely wirth our Land & New Homes team, as well as the Creative department.

In order to target potential buyers in new markets, we utilised our in-house Mandarin speaker to create this bespoke voice-over film and open up new opportunities for the developer. 

Working with our Lettings & Property Management team, we crafted a film that outlined the benefits to landlords of our Portfolio Plus service.
